The Project

Matter, light
and measure

As part of the renovation of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, designed by Japanese architect Yoshio Taniguchi, Cianciullo Marmi supplied and installed the solid-block Navona Roman Travertine staircase connecting the museum’s exhibition spaces. The project involved large-format natural stone elements, worked and assembled with the utmost precision to ensure chromatic continuity and structural solidity in one of the world’s most visited museum spaces.
